Notification

Notification support user to customize notification message. Setup "Contact List" and "Event" into 'Notify List'. Contact List support to setup the preferred notification method (E-mail, SMS, Line), then proceed to the “Event” page to specify which notifications should be received.
Contact List
You can receive notifications by E-mail, SMS
Create E-mail contact list
Step1. Go to Notification > Contact List page.

Step2. Click “Add” Button.

Step3. Select E-mail icon.

Step4. Type Config Name and Description.

Step5. Type User Name (E-mail sender name).

Stpe6. Type E-mail in E-mail Sender field.

Step7. Type the password.

Step8. Type E-mail in E-mail Receiver field.

Stpe9. Type SMTP Server.

Stpe10. Type SMTP Server Port.

Step11. Click “Test” button to check test E-mail can be received.

Step12. Click “Add” button to add E-mail contact list.

Create SMS contact list
Step1.Go to Notification > Contact List page.

Step2. Click “Add” Button.

Step3. Select SMS icon.

Step4. Type Config Name and Description.

Step5. Select OOS devices that have a SIM card.

Step6. Add the received phone number.

Step7. Click “Test” button to check to receive SMS messages.

Step8. Click “Add” button to add SMS contact list.
Event
The Events page allows users to customize the notifications that want to receive, categorize the notification messages into three levels so the users are more aware of the importance of each message. For CPU, memory, and temperature thresholds, user can setup event individually on each OOS device.
Create Event List

Step1.Go to Notification >Event page.

Step2. Click “Add” Button.

Step3. Type Rule Name and Description.

Step4. Select the message you want to receive and turn on the toggle.

Step5. Click “Add” button.

Login to OOS device, go to Setting > Alert > Setting can setup threshold.
Notify List
Once you have configured the “Contact List” and “Event”, you can bind them via the “Notify List” page. The binding is completed, the relevant notification is triggered will send to user.

Step1.Go to Notification > Notify List page.

Step2. Click “Add” Button.

Step3. Select Notify devices.

Step4. Select Contact list.

Step5. Select Event.
