Traceroute
Traceroute is utility that traces packet from your computer to an Internet host, it will show you how many hops packet requires to reach host and how long each hop takes.
Traceroute show possible routes (paths) and measure transit delay of packets across an Internet Protocol (IP) network.
Use Traceroute

Step 1. Go to Diagnose > Traceroute page.

Step 2. Type IP address “8.8.8.8”.

Step 3. Setup Traceroute Max TTL as 10.

Step 4. Click “Start” button.

Step 5. To view Traceroute Logs.

Description |
IP Address |
IP address or domain name you want to test. For example, you can type “8.8.8.8” or “google.com” to test your connection to Google. |
Max TTL |
TTL (Time to Live) shows how long data can “live” in IP network. Every time data packet reaches hop, TTL value is decreased by one. |
